Today I’m back to review a mascara I have been trying out for the last couple of weeks – the IsaDora Stretch Lash Mascara.
You see the little red tip with the arrows? That’s what makes this mascara special. You twist the cap to adjust the length of the brush!
So this is what the long brush looks like:
And this is what the short brush looks like.
When the brush is long it is supposed to give your lashes length, volume and separation. When the brush it short it adds extra volume and definition.
When I apply the mascara, I first start with the long brush. I let my top lashes dry for a bit while doing my lower lashes (still with the long brush) before I adjust the brush to the short mode. Then I go in with a second layer on my top lashes.
Let me just start by saying, I love the brush. Both long and short! I thought it was going to be quite gimmicky but it wasn’t. I actually feel that by combining the different lengths of the brush I can achieve the effect I want (and vary it if I would like to). The formula applies beautifully as well. The downside with this mascara is that it does crumble a bit on my lower lashes after a long day. The mascara retails for around 179 kr.
The brush, formula and volume!
It’s a very small con, but the wear time. When I’ve had issues with the mascara, I had been wearing it for roughly 14 hours. I really can’t ask any mascara to not crumble after so many hours.
Score: 4,5/5 – highly recommend!
